Protagonist/Modes

Throughout the story the Protagonist will obtain and use several different modes. Each mode is based on powers inherited from a respective princess.

Initial Mode

Appearance

The protagonist will look like a normal human.

Powers

Minimal in the beginning, but will continue to grow as he learns how to unlock is ancient powers. Ultimately he has the same limits as any other human being.

Lord

Unlocking

The protagonist will unlock this ability set as he starts to get closer to the different princesses that he interacts with.

Appearance

No real physical change is apparent. Although increased strength and speed is visible.

Powers

Starts to gain basic usage of species inherited abilities of the princesses, but to a much lesser extent.

Prince

Unlocking

This mode will be unlocked after taking a princess as his mate (or should I say when the princess takes him as her mate).

Appearance

Will be able to take on a physical form as the same species as the respective princess.

Powers

Gains the ability to use bloodline inherited abilities of the princesses, but to a lesser extent. Gains the full species inherited abilities of the princesses.

King

Unlocking

This mode will be obtained when he assumes the throne for a specific race (or more specifically when his mate does). The second requirement for the 'King' form is a merging of bodies with the respective princess (err queen).

Appearance

A combined appearance of the princess and the protagonist, although slightly larger.

Powers

Combined combat powers of the two
